Thank you for shopping with Astore. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
1) Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods (festive sales, promotions, etc.).
2) Shipping Time
- Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 10 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- We rely on third-party courier partners for shipping and are not responsible for delays caused by them.
3) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Any additional duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by your local authorities (for international orders) must be borne by the customer.
4) Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
5) Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.
- Astore is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
- In such cases, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6) Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Resolution time may vary.
7) International Shipping (if applicable)
- Delivery times for international orders vary by country and customs clearance.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
