1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@astore.in within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable)
  • We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address
  • Ship the item using a trackable courier. (Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Request exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at info@astore.in. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
