Return & Refund Policy – Astore

1) Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days from delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging with tags, labels, accessories, and invoice.
  • Item must not be listed under Non-Returnable Items (see Section 6).
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

2) How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@astore.in with your order number, reason, and photos/videos if applicable.
  2. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization with the return address and instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs:
    • We pay if the item delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • You pay in all other cases.

3) Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made to your bank account or store wallet.
  • Bank/payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

4) Replacement & Exchange

  • If stock is available, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. After your replacement request is accepted and we receive the item, it will take 10 to 12 days for your replacement to be delivered.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product (different size/variant).

5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

6) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless received in a damaged, defective, or expired condition:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and bakery products.
  • Frozen or chilled products once delivered.
  • Opened, partially used, or tampered food items.
  • Items without original packaging or broken safety seals.

7) Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the return process applies.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud. A full refund will be issued.

8) Abuse of Policy

We may refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive/unreasonable return activity, misuse, or suspected fraud.

9) Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled by courts in [Pulwama, J&K].
